Delivery and Returns
We do a dance of joy every time you order from Ducky Zebra, thank you! We work hard to wrap your clothes and send your parcels as quickly as possible.
We work Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and we dispatch all orders within 2 working days. All of our orders are wrapped in eco-friendly packaging and are delivered by the Royal Mail.
UK delivery
- We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £40
- For items under £40, standard delivery tracked (3 - 5 working days) costs £3.50
- If you'd like your clothes sooner, you can opt for first class tracked, (1-3 working days) costing £4.95
All of our UK deliveries are untracked. If you would like your delivery to be tracked, please email us at hello@duckyzebra.com, and we'll let you know the cost.
European delivery
We have a flat rate delivery option for all European orders of £9.00 (plus your country’s import & duties), which takes 5 - 10 working days. Your order will be fully tracked.
Ducky Zebra cannot be held responsible for local customs and duty charges on any items purchased through our website. If you are ordering outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your parcel. If you are unsure of these charges please check before placing your order.
International delivery
Smaller packages cost £10.50 (plus your country’s import & duties) and larger packages cost £18.50 (plus your country’s import & duties). Both options take 7 - 14 working days. Your order will be fully tracked.
We'll do our best to deliver all International orders, but it's not always that simple. If you live in a beautifully remote region there could be some issues. If so, we'll let you know.

Need to return your items?
We hope you love your items as much as we do. But, if you need to return them, we're happy to offer a full refund.
All returned clothes must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all the right labels and packaging. To return them, you just need to follow the steps below:
- Contact us at hello@duckyzebra.com with the details of your return, including your order number
- For UK customers we'll then email you a free returns label to print and attach to your package
- For International customers we'll provide details of our returns address. You will need to cover the cost of the postage.
- Fill in the returns form that came with your package, so we know where it has come from. Lost the form? No worries, you can get another one here
- Send the item(s) back to us within 21 days of receipt
- Please make sure you get a proof of postage receipt. If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof you sent it, we're afraid we won't be able to refund you.
Assuming you have followed the steps above, refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt (hopefully sooner) and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, please return the item(s) you no longer want, and start the order process again for the alternative size or style. Why? We're a small business with low stock levels. This is great news for avoiding waste. But, it makes things like exchanges difficult, as we might not have the alternative size or style you're looking for.
